Der Umzug hat mit der Firma Easy Umzüge super geklappt. Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich die richtige Firma gefunden hatte. Der Umzug war nämlich eine große Herausforderung. Ich hatte vorher schon einige Kölner Umzugsfirmen kontaktiert, aber die waren an einem solchen schweren Auftrag nicht interessiert oder verlangten dafür mehr als meine Möbel zusammen wert sind. Ich wollte aus der 16. Etage eines Hochhauses in der Kölner Innenstadt in die dritte Etage (80 Stufen) einer Wasserburg in Hürth umziehen. Wegen der uralten Brückenauffahrt konnte der LKW auch nur 100 m vom Eingang entfernt parken. Eine irre Schlepperei. Aber die starken Jungs von Easy Umzüge betrachteten es als sportliche Herausforderung. Die waren echt der Hammer. Sie schleppten die schweren Massivholzmöbel und Bücherkisten mit bester Laune und trotz Dauerregen nicht nur die lange Auffahrt und die Treppen hoch, sondern zuvor auch die 16 Etagen (! ) im Hochhaus runter, weil der Lastenaufzug vormittags außer Betrieb war. Das hätte mit einer anderen Firma auch schief gehen können. Dann hätten meine Nachmieter nicht pünktlich einziehen können und ich hätte Ärger am Hals gehabt. So ist doch noch alles gut gegangen. Der Festpreis wurde auch eingehalten. Die Schränke wurden perfekt montiert und stehen jetzt sogar besser als vorher. Alle waren sehr, sehr freundlich. Nichts wurde beschädigt. Die Glasteile von Vitrinen und Spiegeln wurde alle liebevoll in Luftpolsterfolie eingewickelt. Alle Schlüssel und Einzelteile waren zum Schluss am richtigen Platz. Ich brauchte nichts helfen und konnte schon mal putzen. Die Kartons bekam ich schon drei Wochen vorher geliefert und kann sie jetzt noch vier Wochen behalten. Der Teamleiter ist spitze. Das ganze Team traumhaft. Tausend Dank an alle Beteiligten! !

Mein Umzug hat am Montag den 31.03.2014 um 08.00 Uhr mit 2 Personen angefangen. Es war schriftlich bestätigt worden das 3 Personen den Umzug um 08:30Uhr durchführen. Wie von dem Unternehmen verlangt habe ich das Geld im Voraus bezahlt ( nicht empfehlenswert). Gegen 17.30 Uhr habe ich bei Easy Umzügen angerufen, da bis dahin noch nicht alle Möbel in der neuen Wohnung standen geschweige den der Aufbau angefangen hatte. Ich habe gegenüber easy umzüge am Telefon meine bedenken ausgesprochen, woraufhin der Herr am Telefon sehr wütend wurde. Ich als Kunde wollte das meine Möbel bis spätestens 19.00 Uhr fertig sind, damit ich meinen Sohn abholen und ins Bett legen konnte(Wir sind aus einer kleinen 70 qm Wohnung ausgezogen). Easy Umzüge hat weder Verständnis noch eine Lösung für meine Situation gehabt. Im Gegenteil ich wurde am Telefon angepöbelt, beschimpft und ständig wurde mir gesagt „aja so ist es halt es ist eine Person krank und sie können ja froh sein das es heute überhaupt gemacht wird.“ Nach dem der Herr mich mehrere Minuten am Telefon beschimpft und angeschrien hat, wurde das Telefon weitergereicht. Das Telefonat mit dem nächsten Herrn verlief ähnlich wie das mit dem Herrn zuvor. Außerdem wurde mir diesmal noch gedroht dass er kommen wird und meine Möbel schief aufbauen wird. Nach der Aussage hat er dann auch einfach aufgelegt. Irgendwann gegen 18:30 Uhr stand der Herr tatsächlich bei uns. Ich wurde auch direkt von dem Herrn vor den beiden anderen Mitarbeitern angeschrien und er hat während der ganzen Zeit mit seinem Zeigefinger vor meinem Gesicht herumgezeigt. Ich habe in dem Moment wirklich Gedacht das er mich jeden Moment angreift und ich hatte richtig Angst. Als mein Mann dies mitbekommen hat, hat er den Mann aufgefordert die Wohnung sofort zu verlassen. Er hat uns gedroht den Umzug abzubrechen und mit den beiden Jungs, die den Umzug gemacht haben zu gehen. Sie sollten wissen dass zu der Zeit immer noch der Transporter teilweise beladen vor der Tür stand. Die Jungs die unseren Umzug begleitet haben, haben dem Herrn gesagt das er dies nicht machen kann und das Sie den Umzug zu ende bringen werden. Der Herr hat vor der Wohnung rumgeschrien, den anderen beiden Herren gedroht und meine neuen Nachbarn haben das alles mitbekommen. Nach langem hin und her ist er dann auch gegangen und die beiden Herren haben mit meinem Mann, einem bekannten von meinen Mann gemeinsam die Möbel in die Wohnung hochgebracht und aufgebaut. Ich empfehle keinen Umzug mit der Firma Easy Umzüge. Das war das schrecklichste Erlebniss das ich je bei einem Umzug gemacht habe. Mittlerweile hat Easy Umzüge mir nochmal telefonisch mit einem Anwalt gedroht da ich eine negative Bewertung im Imternet bei der Kundenbefragung von Easy Umzüge abgegeben habe.
